CoronaVirus Information Update

We understand that this is a very trying time for many Americans.

As of right now, there are no laws in place that say you do not have to make your payment even with the recent CDC directive. ALL YOUR RENT PAYMENTS AND FEES WILL BE DUE REGARDLESS -- THEY ARE NOT FORGIVEN. When the directive expires, all rent and fees will be due IMMEDIATELY UNLESS you and we have worked out an arrangement.

The new CDC directive says that you should be making partial payments as close to the full payment amount if you are able. Additionally, the following requirements must ALL be answered "yes":
  • Did you apply to your state and local financial aid programs? Including unemployment, rental assistance, church, etc?
  • Did you experience substantial loss of income or extraordinary medical expenses?
  • Will you likely be rendered homeless if you are evicted or forced to move into close quarters with others because you have no other housing options.

If these are ALL "yes", please contact us to see what arrangements we can make, or, seek additional guidance from the CDC.

While there are many instances of news reporting that payments are forgiven or cancelled, these reports are simply not true. Your payments don't just go to a landlord or company, it pays employees, contractors, parts suppliers, insurance and countless other services who are depending on you to make your payment

Unfortunately, during this challenging time, it is still your responsibility to go find money to pay your bills including rent or mortgage. Some of those locations are: Businesses across the U.S. and our government are depending on people with jobs, government assistance, unemployment or any other type of income to continue to pay their bills as responsible citizens.
