We understand that this is a very trying time for many Americans.

While there are many instances of news reporting that payments are forgiven or cancelled, these reports are simply not true. Your payments don't just go to a landlord or company, it pays employees, contractors, parts suppliers, insurance and countless other services who are depending on you to make your payment

Unfortunately, during this challenging time, it is still your responsibility to go find money to pay your bills including rent or mortgage. Some of those locations are:
  • Unemployment (Partial or Full) - If you haven't already, please take action to file for unemployment ASAP. Your rent is still due in full.
